Refund policy

Because every Poorksl product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or other non-defective items. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at poorksl07@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the issue

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a free replacement or a refund to the original payment method. You do not need to return a damaged or defective product unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or change. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after production has begun.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer-protection laws.
